Empowering people to achieve their most important goals and dreams, both personally and professionally, since 1992.
Career: In 1992, I was trained by the State of Florida to analyze people's behaviors and offer recommendations to help them improve their lives, at work and at home. Upon receiving a graduate degree in counseling in 1997, I realized that I wanted to do something different than therapy. Unlike my colleagues, who sought to help people overcome emotional difficulties, I felt tremendous passion toward helping my clients achieve their most important goals and dreams. I saw possibilities in them, and those who truly wanted change, loved the processes I led them through to support their highest aspirations! In 1998, I met my first coach and within a couple of months, I’d launched a full-time career in life and business coaching. Through the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people from all different backgrounds . . . helping each one to soar into the life they’ve always wanted to live.
Community Service: When I realized that professional development/in-service training for school teachers was often repetitious and uninspiring, especially compared to corporate leadership seminars, I created "Reach Your Stars," a unique program in which thousands of educators and students have received high quality, CEO-style success seminars. Each seminar is sponsored by individuals in the community, as well as by major corporations, including IBM, JPMorgan and Kinko's.
Residence: City girl turned mountain lover. Born in New York, raised in Miami, Florida. Today I enjoy living in the quiet and pristine Lookout Mountains, in between Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Birmingham, Alabama.
