Our Break Through Internal Barriers team-building intensive is held in a small group setting, where individual team members are challenged to "get real" and bring out their best for the sake of achieving (and exceeding!) team goals.

By the end of one day, each person's core roadblocks have been addressed, with an accountability plan for more productive activity and behavior clearly spelled out.

Also, by the end of the day, each person's most valuable strengths and most important priorities have been highlighted, for achieving your group's goals. 

A Break Through Internal Barriers team-intensive is normally scheduled for one small team at a time, (up to 6 people), from 9am to 5pm.

Our team-intensive is geared for people who work closely together and who are likely to influence each others' results (examples: management team, executive team, sales team). 

It is held in your city, in a quiet, elegant setting, away from office phones and distractions.
